Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 banana
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 TBSP baking powder
dash of cinnamon + nutmeg
1 TSP vanilla
1 cup oats
1/4 cup almond milk (or whatever milk you desire)
3 scoops of the Flavor Pack of your choice

Directions:

Throw EVERYTHING in a blender, let the batter chill in the fridge for 15 minutes & cook on medium heat as you would regular pancakes. (I find smaller pancakes are MUCH easier to cook when using vegan ingredients)

My toppings of choice are:

sugar free chocolate chips
coconut whipping cream
walnuts
banana slices
