How to best use it:
- Take one scoop of Creatine at any moment of the day, preferably at the same time every day
- Add one scoop of Pre Fuel to your shaker 10-15 min before your workout
- You can add your EAAs to your pre-workout drink or an intra-workout formula
- Have 1-2 servings of Protein post-workout, as a snack, or as a meal replacement
