Within 30 days of receiving your order, you are eligible for a full refund if:

- The product is unopened, in its original packaging. (return fees are covered by Believe Supplements)

- If Opened, the product must be 90% full. (return fees are not covered by Believe Supplements)

- Apparel most be unworn and unwashed. Not refundable, exchange only within 15 days of purchase.

- We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.

If you meet those requirements, send us an email at support@believesupplements.com to ship your product back to our HQ and be fully refunded.

Flat Rate shipping on all orders under $99.

Every order is shipped within 12-48 business hours via Canada Post or UPS.

Shipping delays are subject to change and are in the control of the carrier responsible for the order.

Average Delays:

• - QC and ON: 1 to 2 business days
• - PE, NB, NS, and NL: 1 to 4 business days
• - MB, SK, AB and BC: 2 to 6 business days
• - YT, NT and NU: 4 to 10 business days
